Many adults wonder whether they could improve their smile with braces. Orthodontics isn’t simply about straight teeth but can make a difference to your appearance, your bite and your overall oral health.
It’s never too late to consider treatment. We care for adult patients – even those in their 60s – with great results.
You may have questions about what treatment as an adult might mean for you. This short video may help you understand what you need to consider as an adult patient:
We want to help you choose the right treatment for you. We are a specialist orthodontic practice and you can be reassured that we are also members of the British Orthodontic Society. Download their guide to Orthodontics for Adults to answer any questions you have.
What to expect
During your first consultation at Pure Orthodontics we’ll examine your teeth and if necessary take x-rays too. We’ll discuss your aims and treatment options, as well as costs and payment plans.
You’ll then get a letter from us confirming our discussion, treatment options and costs. There is a consultation fee of £80 for this assessment and no obligation to proceed.
If you decide to go ahead with treatment we'll arrange another appointment to collect records and discuss the plan for your treatment.
