Covid-19 Arrangements

We want to keep you safe during your visit to the practice. Here’s what you can expect when arranging your appointment or coming in for your next visit:

Pre-appointment

If you have COVID-19 or a respiratory infection, please do not attend. Ring us on 0115 948 4288 and we will rearrange your appointment.

Arrival protocol

Please limit the number of people who come with you to your appointment. Come directly to reception desk on the ground floor to check in.

Essential hygiene and Infection Control

As soon as you enter the practice you’ll be asked disinfect your hands with the sanitising gel provided. Pure Orthodontics follows the latest infection control guidelines from our governing bodies – this includes improved ventilation and frequent deep cleaning.

PPE

Our staff will be wearing face masks in the clinical areas where we provide your care. You do not need to wear a mask, but you can wear one around our building if you feel more comfortable. Please ask at reception if you would like one.

Protective screens and contactless payment

We have installed Perspex screens in front of our reception desk. This is to keep our patients and staff safe. We also ask that you use contactless or card payment instead of cash.
