Covid-19 Arrangements

While we’re looking forward to welcoming you to the practice, your next experience at Pure Orthodontics may be a little different from usual. Here’s what you can expect when arranging your appointment or coming in for your next visit. These arrangements are to keep you and our staff safe.

Pre-appointment

We will contact you before your appointment to run through our procedures and conduct a pre-visit COVID-19 assessment to make sure we can treat you safely at Pure Orthodontics.

Arrival protocol

Please don’t come to the practice unless you have an appointment. Come alone unless necessary and try not to arrive too early or late. Only bring essential belongings. Please wait outside the building and call us to let us know you have arrived.

Social distancing

Be sure to keep a 2m distance from others while you wait. Once you have called us to say you have arrived we will invite you inside. This allows us to limit the number of people in the practice. You’ll be asked some arrival questions to confirm the information you gave us in your pre-visit phone call.

Temperature screening

Temperature checks will be taken on arrival.

Essential hygiene and Infection Control

As soon as you enter the practice you’ll be asked disinfect your hands with the sanitising gel provided. Pure Orthodontics follows the latest infection control guidelines from our governing bodies – this includes improved ventilation and frequent deep cleaning.

PPE

Please come wearing a mask if possible, or be prepared to wear one. All our staff will be wearing appropriate PPE to ensure your safety.

Protective screens and contactless payment

We have installed Perspex screens in front of our reception desk. This is to keep our patients and staff safe. We also ask that you use contactless or card payment instead of cash.

Use of Toilet Facilities

We ask that you have already visited the bathroom and have brushed your teeth before you arrive.
